School patrol by Local SNT -Goodmayes ward

Dedicated ward officer PCSO Creppy Goodmayes ward  Visited the Goodmayes primary school at about 8.30 am Today 5/01/2026 as school resumed .Crime prevention engagements were  conducted around Airthrie Road and surrounding streets . The event was very successful as in addition to reassuring about 45-50 parents on  the school run of safety run, he handed out leaflets and offered advice on issues relating to Anti social behaviour and road safety precautions. This was aimed at reducing crime by improving understanding of general concerns of parents of school children. 

I would like to personally thank everyone who took the time to speak to me and would like to assure parents that the Met  Police and Goodmayes ward team take safety issues very seriously and so is their commitment to VAWG ie violence against women and girls.
